Severe Asthma has been a real challenge to pulmonologists since long back and this facet has been a special area of activity. Advanced Asthma care with phenotypic, individualistic approach is need of the hour and this practice tends to be quintessential with the help of various modern diagnostic modalities like FeNO, induced sputum analysis as well as addressing very basic tenets of care like focused history and selective assessment of micro environmental  factors. In collaboration with other relevant disciplines of medicine, under one roof, complete allergy and asthma care is ascertained.
